Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Prior to applying for return of an UNAPOLOGETIC product please understand how our products are made. Our products are handcrafted by the artisans and craftsman in India, which leads to each product being unique and slightly different from each other. All the products go through quality control before shipping to maintain proper standards.
In the UNAPOLOGETIC Unique point system
1 point = 1 INR
EXCHANGE CAN BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING
- Item is defective and damaged when received.
- Item was tampered with or damaged in transit.
- Wrong item sent to you.
- Package got lost in transit.
- Size change.
- Colour change.
CONDITIONS
- Exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be in its unused original condition, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging with a proof of purchase. Any signs of usage will result in the rejection for returns.
- Shipping charges for Returned and exchanged items will be borne by you.
- You can either exchange your product or get credit points in your account valid for 6 months from the date of issue and shop later.
- Can be exchanged with the same product in a different size or colour
- A product returned and exchanged once each cannot be returned or exchanged further
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for sale items or items purchased using a credit note, gift voucher or offer.
PROCESS
- You may contact us via email at info@unapologetic.co.in for all return and exchange requests.
- Exchange requests email should have order reference no. and image of the damaged / tampered / incorrect product.
- Our QC team will assess the request and if the request is authorized, a Exchange Request confirmation will be sent with the shipping address.
- Once we receive the damaged / tampered / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh / correct product. You will receive the returned item within 7-10 working days.
- Incase you want credit points in your account, as soon as our QC team asses and approves the request we will add your credit points to your account which you can use later, on any purchase within 6 months.
- Balance points after every return/ exchange or purchase redeem can be seen in your account.
- We are not liable for any exchanges that we were not notified about first.
