Shipping Policy
Each order is thoughtfully packed and dispatched within our standard shipping timelines, with delivery dependent on your location.
Domestic Shipping
- Domestic orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days. However rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to process.
- Shipping is free on orders above ₹ 20,000
International Shipping
- Shipping charges for international orders is ₹2200. Transit time for international orders will vary, depending on the location. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.
- Please Note : VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, the tracking information is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website specified in the mail and enter the tracking number shared with you to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

Exchange Policy
Exchange can be done under these circumstances
- Item is defective and damaged when received.
- Item was tampered with or damaged in transit.
- Wrong item sent to you.
- Package got lost in transit.
- Size change.

Contitions
- Exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be in its unused original condition, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging with a proof of purchase. Any signs of usage will result in the rejection for exchange.
- Shipping charges for exchanged items will be borne by you.
- You can either exchange your product or get credit points in your account valid for 6 months from the date of issue and shop later.
- Can be exchanged with the same product in a different size or colour.
- A product exchanged once cannot be exchanged further.
Process
- You may contact us via email at info@unapologetic.co.in for all exchange requests.
- Exchange requests email should have order reference no. and image of the damaged / tampered / incorrect product.
- Our QC team will assess the request and if the request is authorized, a Exchange Request confirmation will be sent with the shipping address.
- Once we receive the damaged / tampered / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh / correct product. You will receive the returned item within 7-10 working days.
- Incase you want credit points in your account, as soon as our QC team asses and approves the request and the product reaches the shipping address we will add your credit points to your account which you can use later, on any purchase within 6 months.
- Balance points after every exchange or purchase redeem can be seen in your account.
- We are not liable for any exchanges that we were not notified about first.
